I reviewed the shed home thread and it seemed like all that we established was that commercial sheds exchanged money for convenience. Then my brother's provider told me to get a fifth-wheel, mom thought that it was a great idea because I did not come up with it, and I was planning out building my tiny office when Mom told me to use our existing shed.

By the way, when they first announced small-business bailouts I applied immediately. I planned on spending a $1,000 grant insulating the shed and making it as habitable [workable?] as possible.

I finally heard back today shortly after I discovered that the school district took down the posting. The government said that I am eligible for a $12,900 loan at 3.75%.

On the one hand, I want to mail everyone in-town asking if they need speech therapy, but if I could find an off-market distressed fixer-upper (is that redundant) then I could make something of it.

How many people get into debt before they have a business plan?!
