Its hard to explain, also make new rear door sections but will use thin plywood to make proper molds. They wont be the same shape as the old doors but just like 3 door car shape. Hard to explain but that and some underneath work, maybe aluminium will be done. Hope to take 10 weeks off work and will take pictures...I only think maybe 104-106 but will be hell of a lot neater and white/black

...like I said I've reviewed weights and Cd's of many new and old cars (volvo c30 was a contender over the cr-z) including the newer c class mercedes (.22) and no matter what I could do would'nt match the prius for weight (the insight being too small). Even finding a bodykit like the one pictured which is now not around it will cost a fraction of the cost to take the time myself and buy in cf or vs buying a new car. May price up cf driveshafts too..
Have you considered the Mitsubishi Mirage - 2013 onwards.

845kg and 0.27 CD.

I suspect you could go sub 800 kg in a weekend.

They are the most efficient non-hybrid 5 person car on the market.

Even on short trips I am presently returning 75 - 78 mpg imp with just a grill block.
