Ford Bi-wing spoiler

I failed to locate the 3-ring binder with the patents. It's MIA. From other notes, are some data.
* The bi-wing made its debut on the 1983 Ford Probe-III concept car, Cd 0.22.
*The Ford Sierra XR4 and Merkur XR4Ti were inspired by the Probe-III, however lacked the full suite of aero tricks embodied on Probe-III.
*All three cars share a 26.5-degree aeroback backlight angle, which according to Mair and Buchheim research, cannot support an attached turbulent boundary layer.
*The bi-wing alters the angle to 18-degrees, allowing flow re-attachment before leaving the upper surface of the body, essentially cancelling the rear lift.
*A smoke-flow image of the Probe clearly shows the flow separation at the backlight header, then flow over the bi-wing,which extends as far as the end of the car's bumper.
*There's also a photo of a Scorpio,2-door,with the bi-wing,doing the same thing.
*The bi-wing is credited with dropping the drag from Cd 0.34, to Cd 0.32.
*In the April,1983 issue of Popular Mechanics, page 82, Rich Taylor wrote, ' [U]nlike some cars with ultra-aero bodies, the Sierra is not disturbed by side winds or high speeds. I saw a genuine 193 Km/hr ( 120 mph ) on the rain-swept Autobahn to Frankfurt, and the Sierra felt as stable as a Pinto sitting in your driveway.'
*If the binder ever shows itself I'll re-visit this topic.
