Geo thermal is cheaper but going to run up to $10,000 more to install.
I'm doing ductless split from now on.

I burn wood cause I get it for free. So for me 100,000btu of wood costs around 10 cents.
And women like when guys do manly stuff like split and stack fire wood.
If they dont, avoid them more than you would the china virus, cause they're probably a femanazi.

Trust me, you didn't need a house and new car to find a ball and chain. But it helps. After women give up on having a life like a Disney Princess they are pretty much looking for a guy that has their stuff together and can hold down a job.
