That is what I should have said.
When I came home from the store I realized that I had missed our appointment, apologized profusely, and asked if we could still do therapy, but perhaps another day and time.
She responded that they would make time, she just did not know when.
I am only seeing three clients this week! In the past seven days I messed up the day and time for all of them!
I am struggling greatly to tell the days apart.
I emptied one of the sets of metal shelves, took it outside, and swept out decades of debris. I completely filled the dust pan!
All of that junk was behind and under one set of shelves!
I want to hose them off before I put them back, but every single shelf is bent. I have long thought that I could bolt something like this to the back of each shelf and reinforce it:

I am not buying insulation, at least for now, so spending money on shelves is right out, but when I fixed our garage door I climbed on chrome shelves like this, while the existing shelves do not seem to be able to support anything heavier than teddy bears.
I keep grabbing my tape measurer, setting it down, getting out to the shed, and deciding to improvise.
It is annoying, I have a straight 1x4, I cut the foam on the straight floor, and I put my weight on the board to keep it from moving, but none of my cuts are ever straight, although I finally did pretty well with the two boards that I installed tonight. I did not use the staple gun at night, that is surprisingly loud. I am going to use my decibel meter app at some point, just out of curiosity.
The two pieces of foam pressure-fit, while one of the ceiling panels came loose from the staple.
I will take care of the other set of shelves tomorrow.
It rarely gets over 90° here, so I guess that I am more concerned with keeping the heat inside. I will need to come up with a way to close the doors without enabling my brother to lock me in again.
