A modified A-frame house hit the market today. It is small, every room is small, three sloping walls encroach on the usable space throughout the house, and it needs some work.
Then this modified A-frame came up for sale a few hours later. It is way bigger and I think that it looks great. It is inside of the city limits, so it has sewer and natural gas, but it only has a one-car carport and has an HOA, although it only charges $2 and is allegedly optional:
