Yesterday I finally got around to removing the very damp inside left Prius headlight, after various days of rain delays and the car needing to be used often.

Removed the two rubber vent caps, top and bottom, washed the foam plugs in them, drained what looked like 1/4 cup or more water out, then parked it in my dehydrator I use for post curing resin castings.

Couldn't put the door on with the headlight in so I left the temp at 145F and let it blow on it for several hours. It's 4:33 AM Mountain time so later today I'll pop the vent caps back on, reinstall the light and see if it gathers moisture inside again.

Same treatment I had to do to the left headlight on my 1997 Taurus to stop it continually collecting moisture rapidly, to the point of having about 1/2" deep sloshing around. Just leaving it out in bright direct sunlight all day with the bulbs out wouldn't get it DRY enough.
