I guess the folks who live close to the Mexican border might already see these once in a while
A 2-door Fiat Palio with the first facelift was greatly outnumbered by its 4-door counterpart back in the day, at least where I used to live, and most resorted to the smaller 1.0L FIRE engine. Even though this one was quite beaten, the stock hubcaps caught my attention as they're usually either just disposed of or replaced with more recent aftermarket ones.
