A guess is, that the manufacturer / customer will have expectations about 'the look', body proportions, track performance. Power-to-weight ratio, acceleration, braking, polar moment of inertia, center of gravity, cornering G-forces, lap times, speed down the straights, etc.. A pickup truck drag coefficient will have to suffice, as even the most expensive supercars don't stray much beyond the Cd of a RAM 1500 with grille shutters, air suspension, and tonneau cover. High speed stability remains an extreme impediment to low drag. Folly!
