They are virtually the same car. I think they're even the same trim level. I did prefer the Ecopia tires vs the ones I have on the second Prius. Also, the second Prius is a salvage title vehicle and has new front panels and a hood. The replacement hood is steel vs the OE aluminum which I don't love as it is heavier and also rusting pretty bad (holes recently developed). However, that really is the extent of the differences.
