There is a base, single-motor. GTX version with two motors, AWD, and more performance. Top-end model has the near-300-miles. The ID4 is the size of Tiguan, but with more interior space.
A 2012 Tiguan SE could fetch $ 31,345.
2019 BOLT LT base is $ 36,620.
2019, high-end LEAF, base, $36,200.
2019 Kia NIRO EV EX Premier, $ 43,475.
2019 Tesla Model 3 Std range Plus, $ 40,690.
2019 Hyundai Kona EV, $ 46,630.
VW's Audi E-tron is getting upgrades for range efficiency, perhaps the ID4 will enjoy these technologies as well.

I would say the base will be $35,000 and go up from there. That would still make it the cheapest electric CUV on the market and VW has almost all of their tax credits. That would make it a $25,000 vehicle in Oregon.
