According to [ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/F...octahedron.svg] a 7ft edge length would have a height of 5.7ft collapsed to an octahedron.
With two wheels and a hitch on the base triangle you'd have a trailerable unit. Expanded to a cuboctahedron it would be 14ft in diameter with a 12ft ceiling. There would be a square opening between the wheels for an entry solution.

When collapsed to an octahedron, inside would be two trapezoidal floor sections and a stair section that fold down and three roof awnings that fold up. The floor plan would be quasi-hexagonal.
Six foot edge and a single wheel dual hitch configuration? 4.8ft tall collapsed and 12ft diameter.
