I'll be no help for the numbers, but my dream would be the Volkswagen e-Beetle rollerskate with a reproduction VolkhartSagitta V2 body. Except with a modern underbody.

This photochop is rough, but it gets the idea

The beetle floorpan is narrow enough at the front to get a proper front wheelwell.

edit: I should go in and clean that up. It doesn't have to look that bad.
