This looks fantastic! You might experiment with a small air dam; the step in the tray is probably developing a pressure increase in front of itself, and an air dam could mitigate that with reduced pressure behind. Honda does this on the current Clarity, which has a similar step under the engine/transmission and a full tray behind it:
Might be worth an experiment-- I don't think it will change drag much, but should reduce lift a little.
