When to buy tires

Now is the time to buy tires.
Backstory: 2 years ago I installed Michelin energy save A/S tire I looked locally and all over the Internet for the best price they were just over $150 delivered and I had to buy 4 to get that price. I ran over a peice of junk that was on the highway and ruined one of my energy saver A/S tires.
Today I can get a single energy saver tire shipped to my door for about $100. Do I'll probably replace it and order an extra one.
The plandemic has over filled all the tire ware houses, Yokohama tire in Roanoke VA shutdown for 2 months, ect.
I was able to get a set of yokos for the hybrid last month for about $100 each, these tires are normally in the $120 range.
