There are slightly different OEM final drives available, but nothing significant.
There is however an aftermarket final drive you can get for the 5L V8 swap that I would love to have (with the stock engine).

3.9 (NB Anniversary edition)
3.63 (some 6-speed NBs, paired with Fuji or Torsen LSDs).
5-speed has a longer final gear than the 6-speed
I installed a 3.9 in my NA, in place of the 4.1, it feels a tad more sluggish, the difference in cruising RPM's is small (200rpm if I remember correctly).
3.63 Fuji's can be obtained rather cheaply from the UK, compared to the US prices, as everyone wants 3.63 gears for turbo applications.
