Messed with the Fiat a little more. I think the pistons/crank is free. I was tapping on the pistons trying to work the rings loose. When I switched pistons (between 1 and 2) the noise would change after a few taps like I was hitting solid metal. I was going to continue working it back and forth but it was getting late.
