I was able to use my credit card, it was just a hassle. My car was still drivable, I just had a check engine light, and nobody told me "Don't drive your car with that CEL!" or "You are okay, just take care of it as soon as you can!"
She didn't need to get me a hotel room, she was just faster with her phone.
