Scott Adams offered a
mea culpa after he fell for the map that showed the fires stopping at the Canadian border. Turns out it was a flaw in the infographic.
It appears there was a [more or less] normal fire season, but the wackos that were being herded around lost all direction when their handlers started getting busted. So they 'got out of Dodge' with their leaf blowers and accelerants.
