I have been using it for over 6 months now. Here are my results. I got a jump in Mpg's with as little as 10mL, which was 1mL per gallon. Since then I jumped to 1oz per 10 gallon or 3mL per gallon and saw a slight improvement. Anything over an oz per 10 gallon in my car and the car started doing worse.

Once my vehicle leveled out @ 44mpg, I decided to do a 9 tank a-b-a test to see what would happen. I got through six tanks before I got hit with a string of bad weather due to all the hurricanes skirting Florida, so I had to suspend the tests. As of right now I am back on the tests.

Honestly, I believe it works to restore your vehicles fuel system to "like new" operation. I did notice that it takes my car 2 tanks to react to whether or not I am using it. If at this time it is bumping my mpg's I'd say one or two mpg as opposed to the chunk it gave me in the begining. Check my fuel log, where I detail it quite well.
