If the picture you are trying to post is already posted online then you paste the link address between the image tags. I removed the first IMG tag so that it would show what it looks like.

If you are uploading the picture to the post. There should be a way to insert it into the post, but I don't know how. I usually use the first method. However, if you click preview post it will let you open the attachment in a new tab. Then you can use the same method as outlined above to put it in the post. Or just leave it as an attachment.
