Exactly right. Most of the used EVs have travelled in from CA.

Gotta love these brain-dead laws that introduce new and interesting problems due to manipulating normal market behavior.

I'd vote for any politician who would promise to do absolutely nothing during their term. At least they wouldn't continually work to make everything worse in the name of progress.

By the way, the used (and new) EV credit is subsidized by a 1% tax on all vehicles purchased at a dealership, so all vehicles are at least 1% more expensive.
