I think Harbor Freight had a perfectly good lump of metal on a stick for $36, plus I can get twice the discount that Ace gave me with my military ID. Their mattock is $25, so I could go in, buy the sledgehammer for $28.80 with a free light, take it to my car, and go back for a $20 mattock and another free light.
I am going back tomorrow to hose off the bottom of the stump. Mom got a hold of the son, who told us there is an outlet in the carport, and I am going to keep looking for my splitting wedge.
Dang! This expires tomorrow! I don't want to pay $8 for that lump of metal!
