I think so. If you look at the first two images, it's kind of hard to see but the tufts at the outer edges of the window vibrate faster and to a larger degree than those in the center. I suspected this meant faster flow there, and when I measured pressures on the window, sure enough the pressure was lower toward the outside. Fitting the lip spoiler raised the measured pressure, but it is still lower at the outside than center, so my next step will be to fit fins (similar to what JulianEdgar had supporting his wing) to disrupt vortex formation--and then tuft the window and measure pressures to see what that does.
I actually sketched out something similar to that image the other day in my "things to test" notebook!
