It's unfortunate that we didn't have more image contrast, but if you look hard, you'll notice complete flow attachment, all the way to the rear, with or without the tail.
With the smoke wand high, you'll also notice very little 'cramping' of the streamlines, since the blockage ratio of the small model was favorable, compared to Spirit and Gumby 79's Tonto.
Also, the hold-down straps used to secure baby to the ground-board did interfere with the wheel fairings and their ability to smooth flow to the rear wheel fairings.
Had I known in advance, I would have drilled the bottom of the front wheels and installed 1/4-twenty Riv-Nuts in them, and bolted baby down from below the ground board, eliminating the flow interference of the exposed straps.
