Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no such thing as a fully manual (i.e. with a clutch pedal) tranny for the smart. Earlier Euro models had 6 speed autos with the manual shift option. Since almost everything on the smart (like the throttle and trans) is electronically controlled you'd need the appropriate ECU to go with it.
