I tried it for about 3 tanks, and saw no real results. My mileage can vary so much over the same route that 1 or 2 mpg change that acetone "might" wouldn't do it for me. If it gave me a 10% boost, then maybe it'd be worthwhile revisiting. My money is best spent on using the next higher octane fuel for a whopping $1 increase per fillup, and a 5-8% increase in economy.
