AFAIK this is the last International Harvester KB-1 in my hometown, yet its Blue Diamond flathead-six was presumably replaced with some engine fitted to local variants of the Ford F-Series. At least the engines fitted to the Brazilian Ford F-1000 didn't need a timing chain as the Blue Diamond did...
