I did a 69 mile back and forth trip yesterday (city traffic, country roads and 60% highway) and scored an average of 56 MPG or 4.2l/100km.
Nothing special you would think but the weather conditions were extremely bad - an active cold front passed with wind gusts of 55 mph, pouring rain and a temperature that dropped in a short period of time. So I'm pleased to see such a figure, before the eco mods MPG went from 45 to 50 in these conditions. The car is also more stable and headwind is less of a problem.
So far so good ...
