yeah, altho they don't really have their **** together, the instructions that came with it basicly wasted paper telling me how to open it, and where the ports were, but didn't tell me how to connect to a wireless network to get online (where the rest of the instructions are) or the specs of the ports so you could figure out what devices might work with them, then their whole instruction part of the web page is more like a sales page, insted of an instructions page, so they keep it all really simple, and don't really tell you how to do anything, the more advanced instructions are in the form of a wiki that came together so fast, and with more questions then answers that it is almost impossible to find the information that you are looking for.

other then that the laptop it's self is pretty cool, very solid, like you could beat someone with it, drop it, stand on it, and it would hold up, the only reason I could see for getting a case for it would be to carry a larger key board and mouse with, but I don't do that and get along fine, it just makes typing slow.
most of the programs are for kids, and helping you "learn" altho there is no program for writting web pages, and the photos that it can take with the built in camera are not Jpeg, or any other standard format as far as I can tell, altho it can veiw those kind of images, it can't handle viewing folders full of them, as it doesn't reconize the exsistance of the folder, so you open a web browser, view the image, close the web broswer, open another one, with another image, and on it goes, about 40 seconds each to load the browser.
if I could add only one thing, it would be a web browser with tabs, and a way to view flash.
my next computer is going to be an Eee, as soon as they start selling the 8gig and upgrade to 2 gigs of ram.
