In all of the college credits I took in architecture school, only one class an elective dealt with 20th Century architecture. There was this massive hole between the historic and the current that was neglected, one had to seek this information out on their own.
If an architect's work wasn't on the "approved list" of must know, then somehow it just didn't matter it sort of seemed like. Very few winners, usually European or North American. I felt it was a cultural bias, a sort of discrimination.
Great list of automobile museums, I have to make it out to a couple of them one day.
