Oil change on my old Nissan 4-banger truck could be done in 5 minutes...no need to jack it up. Unscrew the drain plug, reach over, change the filter while the oil drains, put the plug back in, dump in 4 quarts and walk away...

Rotating tires, with a hoist and a pneumatic impact wrench can be done in 5 minutes. Usually you spend another 5, at least, checking out other things while you're there, even if only visually.

There's a lot of 5 minute jobs on a Geo Metro...

Drive belt.
Battery.
Air filter.
Wipers. (Only cuz it takes you 3 minutes to open the damned packages)
Any one (set of) ignition components.
PCV valve.
Upper rad hose & top-up.
Put on the spare tire.
Top up any/all fluids.
Jump start it.
o2 sensor (if it's not seized in there...and accessible...yeah, right!)
Take the engine cover(s) off. (If you're lucky).
Thermostat.
Most bulbs.

Dunno...There are plenty of jobs that are 5 minutes once you're in there. It's getting in there that's a pain.
