2 washers and 3 dryers for the 110 convicts in C wing. Hard to get machine time when everyone's doing laundry every other day, and you can't run 'em at lights out (10pm-5am). Many of the outdoor crew pay people on indoor crew to run their laundry during the day when few people are around.
I made $0.20/hr, and since we had to buy our own everything, I just did my own laundry.
