Our current house is only 35ft from the street, but it's a dead-end 25 MPH street. Neighbors are fairly close on either end too, making for no view there. The back of the house has a spectacular view being up the steep hill, above the neighbors who would otherwise be blocking it.
My wife wanted the place, and I was willing since it has a 3 car garage.
My question is, does the nearby park have enough space to take off and land in a powered paraglider? Would make the 7 mile trip to my parents more interesting.
