It does have an almost semicircular-radius nose in plan-view, unlike your sketch.
We have to presume that to get Cd 0.16, everything shown has to be there.
The front and rear wheel track would have to be very narrow to fit under the body.
The way Buchheim depicts the car, the driver would have a very hard time seeing out, forwards or rearwards. If the windshield embodied the compound curvature shown, it would be the most expensive piece of glass ever manufactured.
