My Volt came with an app "My Chevrolet App" I think it's called that when you log in tells you how you're driving and how many times you use "excessive acceleration"
Once the free version expired after like 90 days I didn't bother to get the pay version. My wife already performs this function very well so it was pointless to pay for an app too
