There have been studies done in the past.

Ozone is known to increase the reactivity of a fuel mixture.

Just Google "Ozone Seeding Effects".

Very low concentrations in the Parts Per Million range are able to effect combustion by providing oxygen radicals via decomposition of the ozone.
