You install an aftermarket steering wheel when you have been in a crash and don't want to spend the money for a new OEM steering wheel and airbag.

Looking at the primered front fenders it is clear that this car has been in a front end collision.

My question is why does the rear end look like it has been lifted about 2 inches?
