No, you misunderstand--freebeard "stole" the meme "we put air curtains in your air curtains so you can air curtain while you air curtain" from my post a few months ago. The phrase "good artists borrow, great artists steal" comes from T.S. Eliot who was talking about poetry specifically ("immature poets imitate, mature poets steal"), but it has since been jokingly applied to artwork in a variety of media.

As far as I know, the first manufacturer to use air curtains was BMW back in 2012, then Ford in 2015 on the Mustang and F-150. Now, just about everyone uses them, but Hyundai and Audi are the only two companies of which I'm aware which use double ducts like this.
