I had parked in front of the garage and then joked to the realtor, "I'm almost tempted to pull my car in just to see how it looks." And then he said, go ahead. There's enough space in front of the Prius (and the truck is actually a couple inches shorter) to put in a full-width workbench, or leave space for a table saw and tool cabinet to one side.
They accepted, so this is going to be mine come the end of April! The condo is on the second floor with a back balcony and a staircase that goes down to the back door on the garage.
