About the best are platinum plugs because they last longer. However they are only really worth it if it is very very hard to change your plugs. It would probably be more economical in both parts cost and fuel economy to change out cheaper plugs more often.
Note, it is vital to have your plugs gaped to spec for your car for proper performance.
