In a hot climate would say the white one lasts longer not from battery heat, but because the white car will be slightly more efficient. They have done research that shows there is about a 1/2 mpg advantage in silver or white over black in the sun. Now in a cold climate it's just the opposite that solar heat will help efficiency.
Unless your the type to just tough it out no heat or AC to save a few MPG.
