Discussion of a $18k trike in a $12k trike thread?

The OP brought up the comparison of 4-wheeled vehicle manufacturing to 3, and I was happy to point out the absurdity of safety being of utmost importance unless it's arbitrarily not.

The Acri needs to be closer to $12k for the very reason that most of the safety requirements don't apply to it, which should save a lot of money in development and manufacturing costs.

I wonder if my ex tried to multitask.
I can walk and chew gum, but that's about the only thing I can multitask well.

... reminds me of a time I was playing Gran Turismo with my friend, and somehow the controller and steering wheel got messed up such that acceleration/braking input worked only on the controller, and steering only on the steering wheel. Rather than fix it, we wasted time trying to coordinate our efforts, with me in charge of acceleration and braking, and my friend steering. We got pretty good!
