That's what I usually see on CNG conversions anyway. But converting a Diesel engine to dedicated-CNG is uncommon here, even though I remember seeing trucks fitted with a dual-fuel setup allowing them to use simultaneously Diesel fuel and CNG. IIRC there were some conversions from Diesel to dedicated-CNG in Argentina, but even the Argentinian vehicles running on CNG were based on an originally spark-ignited gasser.
