Seeing that most of them are FWD with hub motors, the rear wheels are mostly free-wheeling or he optionally adds pedal power with coaster brakes. Looks like he had it slightly tilted on one of the back wheels and he spun the one wheel off the ground for their cool video. He also used free-wheeling spinners.

Actually, this got me excited in designing crazy-themed e-bikes! There are many more wild e-ideas around the world, but this artist used SoCal custom car vibes and custom chopper themes.
