The greater shame is, what appears to be more brain vomit, ejaculated into what would otherwise be a scientific discussion pertaining to heat rejection.
What's hoped to be passed off as 'fact', is nothing more than a highly contextual, tip-of-the-iceberg, compartmentalized, data point, which disregards the totality of the topic.
We can cite hundreds of ICE 'cars' with zero cooling drag. That's not the issue.
