Congrats on the car.
You said that you took this to a mechanic for inspection. Did he tell you about all these issues?
Finding and fixing the coolant leak would be first on my to-do list - then the shocks / struts. The rest I wouldn't worry about unless the leaks are real bad. Just keep an eye on the fluid levels.
