In your normal overly complex manner, you're simply stating what is obvious to anyone know knows anything at all about cars:
- The air con condenser causes aero drag.
- The air con condenser needs to be cooled.
- The air con system has to work when it is hot outside.
- An air con condenser fan uses electrical power.
