Most of Europe keeps coal fired plants due to 100% incineration orders
If it isn’t composted, it’s recycled, if it’s not recycled it’s burned.
We could learn something from Europe as there is no excuse to let plastic travel to the landfill where inevitably a bunch blows out into the environment
One better would be making 25 cent per gallon diesel fuel from plastic but that might make someone butt hurt
