This is monsoon season! It is all of the way up to 12%!
It has been overcast and cooler for days, though.
When I drove to Colorado I drove through the desert continually putting an icy washcloth on my neck.
I don't think I would do that again!
Then again, before I left Phoenix I used to drive my black Civic without using the air conditioning--or opening the windows.
